DESCRIPTION AND DETAILS OF PROJECT:


A proposed residential, business, recreation and industrial subdivision and subdivision works for the creation of 387 lots comprising 378 residential, 2 business, 1 recreation, 2 industrial and 4 residue lots at West Byron Urban Release Area, West Byron (approximately 56.942 ha). This large scale development will be carried out in 11 stages. The development follows a State Significant Site Study which rezoned the site for urban purposes by way of a State Environmental Planning Policy (Major Development) 2005 and Amendment to Byron Local Environmental Plan 1988 (BLEP1988), which took effect on 14 November 2014.
