DESCRIPTION AND DETAILS OF PROJECT:


Altitude Aspire is a residential subdivision located within the Area E Urban Release Area which is bounded by Fraser Drive, Terranora Broadwater, Mahers Lane and Terranora Road. This was a logical location to commence the first stage of development within the release area as it is in close proximity to existing services and infrastructure and enabled efficient and timely development to proceed. Altitude Aspire comprises approximately 250 residential lots,
4 medium density lots, 4 public reserve lots and community recreation lot and will contribute a population within the release area of approximately 720 persons. The total area of the Altitude Aspire site is 35.74 hectares and incorporates landscaped parklands community facilities and walking trails that will be a feature of the development to ensure there is a sense of community. Future stages of the development including Altitude Central and Altitude Summit will yield approximately a further 850 residential lots. DAC Planning Pty Ltd has been involved in this project since its inception and provides ongoing town planning advice for future stages of the development.
